Filing a lawsuit against a company:
I initially paid a deposit for some merchandise that I needed for my business to another company. When I came by at a later date to pick up the merchandise, they said that it was out of stock.
Even though the company refunded my initial deposit, I ended up losing business over this. Is there any way I can file a lawsuit and sue them?

Answer: It is possible to sue with a mental anguish lawsuit approach. But before taking steps toward a lawsuit, you should first contact the company at fault to see if a mutually beneficial arrangement can be made.

Or if you need an official legal opinion from a lawyer, ask a paid question to them online. It is much cheaper and convenient than consulting with a lawyer at their office.
