Order of protection in MN
by remy
(Delano mn)
My husband filed an order of protection against me for himself and the children. We already had a no contact order in place. On the order, the alleged date of an incident is wrong by over a month. Other things he stated were vague and there are no allegations of abuse to the children. He also got each of the childrens date of birth wrong. The children and I haven't been in this state, Mn. For even 6 months, though he has. Is there grounds for dismissal?

Please note this is not official legal advice: Seeing that there is history here with the "no contact order", you most likely will have to consult with a lawyer. As far as I can tell from what was written, you and the children are living together in another state away from Minnesota.
Due to the complexity of your situation, you should think about consulting with an attorney online. It's better to talk online first before actually hiring an attorney. It's relatively inexpensive to have an online consultation compared to having an in-office consultation.
