Slip and Fall - Uneven Stepping Stone

by Brandy
(Hall-Newton)

My Name is Brandy Hall-Newton, I am inquiring about your services to see if you might be interested in taking my case.

On January 30 2009 I fell at SunTrust bank in Graham NC, I was 36 weeks Pregnant with my son. I fell as a result of an uneven stepping-stone. Upon arrival at the hospital I had a spiral fracture to my right ankle that required surgery, as well as starting to have contractions, I was admitted to the hospital at that time.

I had surgery on February 4th 2009, I was unable to work do to the surgery, I had my son on February 13 2009.

After I came back to work, I went for a regular check up for my ankle and was told that I would have to have surgery again.

On July 15 2009, the second surgery was preformed on the ankle, which I now have a plate and screws in my ankle.

My bills from both surgeries totaled more then, 80,000 and lost wages 9,500.

This is the short version of the story and I would be glad to provide more information if you are interested.

Hello, I would suggest that you first consult with a lawyer online to gauge your options. It is much cheaper than meeting a lawyer for a consultation face to face. It is also convenient to first gain an understanding first by asking a lawyer online.

After that, if your next step is to file a lawsuit then you will know what to ask and present to an attorney in your area.
